Bill Hatley, another longtime volunteer for the FWJGA, became co-director of the boys tournament in 2011. He and Chuck work with the City of Fort Worth and the country clubs to secure dates for the annual boys and girls tournaments. Both usually are at different courses throughout the tournament to help with rulings and posting scores. Bill, a member of Diamond Oaks C.C. has been playing golf since 1964 when his high school in North Carolina started a golf team. He also has been on the junior clinic committee for the Crowne Plaza Invitational at Colonial.
Madeleine Sulley became director of the girls tournament in 2013 after Nancy Pennell retired. She brings a lot of experience in conducting tournaments. Madeleine has played golf since 1985 and helped conduct her company's weekly golf leagues while living in Littleton, Colo. She also organized and conducted a summer weekly golf league at Montana State University-Billings, where she worked in the early '90s. As a member of the Diamond Oaks Ladies Golf Association since 2008, she has been the group's representative in the Ladies Metroplex Golf Association, which plays at DOCC yearly in a play day that she organizes. In addition, she is the secretary of the board of directors of the Diamond Oaks Ladies Golf Association.
